How can I lock my iframe, html/css table and keep it from moving out of the box I wan

My site here was running smoothly until I thought to shrink my internet window. Well, when I did the div/table/thing moved out of the box I thought it would stay in.
I've tried redoing the entire html, but have failed.

Is their a command I can put somewhere in there that will lock it in it's place?

Ja, an das hab ich auch gedacht. ich wollte ihn schon fragen, warum er - wenn er englischsprachig ist - sich in einem deutschen forum registriert - ist doch voll umständlich!

Und jetzt wo du's sagst: Bei den Posts von feeder1980 hat bisher immer ein Moderator den Text geändert wegen "Werbung/Unerwünschte Links" oder Ähnlichem.

Vielleicht sollte man den Nutzer einfach mal anschreiben oder sperren?
